"In the kingdom of Northaresh, Ser Alaric, consumed by envy, unleashed a dark plague that killed the king and decimated the realm. Ser Darius, returning from a distant campaign, found his homeland in ruins and vowed to stop the traitor..."

I used AI for assistance, and I'll explain how it helped me and in what ways:

https://chat.openai.com/

I'm somewhat new to Unity, so ChatGPT helped me understand some concepts and learn better programming techniques to use in my game.

I'm an artist in my free time as well, so I'm exploring how AI can help bring our ideas to reality. AI assisted me with our hero Darius, along with other art present in this project. However, it's not as easy as it seems. I had to edit and redraw some of the generated images to make them look exactly how I wanted, and then I could animate everything as I envisioned...

Sadly, I had more ideas to use in this project, but I caught the flu and it stole a lot of precious time from me. However, I will update this project in the future, so stay tuned if you liked it.

In the end I had a lot of fun doing it and put in a lot of effort...

Really hope you enjoy it!!!

I found the gameplay interesting and would love to play it against others in a multiplayer way.

Initially, I was a bit lost to know how I won a turn, and I kept reading the text info at the top instead of only paying attention to the gameplay to see if it was my character or the enemy the one attacking. If you want, you could improve it a little bit in this area.

I can see nice online systems to engage the players like:

  • Ranked and Friendly matches
  • Character customization
  • Items to equip the character like: Armor, Weapon, Helmet, Necklace, Boots, etc...
  • The items could drop when receiving damage, and the enemy could pick them up.

Keep moving, @gabriel. You are doing very well.
